I cannot say enough great things about Trailwest Flats and Cavanagh Realty! The apartments are beautiful and spacious with so much natural light. The maintenance team is phenomenal. Any issues I had (which were few and minor), were dealt with right away and communication was excellent. I have a dog and they were always great at working with my schedule. The building was always kept clean and snow removal was very prompt in the winter. Had I not bought a house, I would've stayed forever. During the apartment showings, Tammy was wonderful at working with my schedule. I was even gifted a lovely card and beautiful flower arrangement for my new home. During the final walk through and key exchange, I became a little sentimental leaving such a wonderful building. Melissa was so compassionate and empathetic and gave me a big hug. This building isn't just a nice place to live. It's a community of really great people, from the residents to the staff. I miss it already. A big "Thank you" to Cavanagh Realty for creating such a great place to live.
